Job Purpose

To support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP modules—especially Accounting, Finance, and related business processes—while bridging the gap between technical teams and business users.


Key Responsibilities

  1. ERP Implementation Support
  2. Assist in setting up and configuring ERP modules (Accounts, Finance, Inventory, HR, etc.).
  3. Participate in requirement gathering and process mapping with clients.
  4. Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  5. Accounting & Finance Process Support
  6. Translate financial and accounting requirements into ERP workflows.
  7. Configure Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, and Financial Statements.
  8. Ensure compliance with standard accounting practices within ERP.
  9. User Training and Support
  10. Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
  11. Provide first-level support to end users on ERP features and functionalities.
  12. Documentation and Reporting
  13. Document business processes, configuration steps, and client feedback.
  14. Prepare implementation progress reports.
  15. Continuous Learning
  16. Stay updated with ERP new features and community updates.
  17. Contribute ideas for improving implementation efficiency and client experience.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Basic knowledge of ERP systems or business process automation.
  3. Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and bookkeeping.
  4. Analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy mindset.
  5. Good communication and documentation skills.
  6. Familiarity with ERPNext and Zoho Books is an added advantage (training can be provided).
