Techwise Africa is a technology solutions company specializing in Web Applications, ERP Systems Implementation, Mobile Apps, and Website Development. We help businesses across Africa leverage technology to automate, grow, and scale.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage both Techwise’s social media presence and that of our clients, ensuring strong online visibility, brand growth, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow Techwise’s brand and client visibility online.
  2. Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
  3. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads).
  4. Manage social media calendars for Techwise and clients to ensure consistent, engaging posts.
  5. Write compelling marketing copy, captions, and blog articles aligned with SEO best practices.
  6. Analyze social media performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
  7. Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visuals, videos, and digital campaigns.
  8. Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital communication strategies.
  9. Engage with online communities and respond to comments, messages, and client inquiries professionally.
  10. Stay up to date with digital trends and tools to enhance brand reach and marketing ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business,Software Engineering, Business Computing or related field.
  2. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  4. Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and content scheduling tools.
  5. Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  6. Creative thinker with an eye for design and trends.
  7. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  8. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
